Assignment 1: Introduction

I am currently using a Nikon Coolpix 5700 digital camera.
I've used Photoshop for around one year - the version that the school had last year, and I have a newer version at home.
I love taking pictures and editing them on photoshop. I also really enjoy painting and drawing.
After school I plan to go to school and travel. I'm not sure exactly what I plan to do as a career, but I know that I want to do something involving creativity and imagination, and I'm sure this course will help me with that. In this course I'd like to learn more about photoshop, and how to take better pictures with my camera.
I learn best by visual examples, tutorials and videos.
Some photographers that I like are: Tasha Jean Photography, Christoffer Hermansson, Frederick Horgensen, Joseph Sides and Andrea Harris, Alexi Hobbs.
